Orders placed on www.tokenjewelry.com or in-store from Nov 27th, 2024 at 6p CST until Dec 2nd, 2024 at 11:59p CST (the “Black Friday Sale Period”) are eligible for a 30% off (before taxes) Black Friday sale promotion off select jewelry; 20% off select fine jewelry, forever jewelry services in-store and non-jewelry products. Bonus Deals will also be offered throughout the Black Friday Sale Period. Discount codes must be entered at time of checkout when placing orders online. 

Kindly note that once an order has been submitted, it cannot be combined with past orders and/or new orders placed during or outside of the Black Friday Sale Period. We are unable to cancel orders that have already been shipped from our studio. Our 30% and 20% off Black Friday sales will combine, along with carts eligible for free shipping. *Insider Rewards will NOT combine. Black Friday Sales cannot be applied to previous purchases, offers, promotions or discounts. 

RETURN GUIDELINES

Personalized or monogrammed pieces are not eligible for return or refund at any time. Original shipping fees, duties and taxes are non-refundable. We may deny a return, in our sole discretion, should returned products not meet the return guidelines.
