Each piece of jewelry is handmade in our Eau Claire studio. Please allow 3-10 working days for delivery of your item(s). Please note that during some sales or promotions, production time may increase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order ships.
We ship via First Class USPS. Standard shipping does not include insurance and has limited tracking information. If your order is time sensitive, please choose USPS Priority shipping at checkout and we will do our best to expedite production. If you would like to have your package insured, please contact us at email@example.com prior to placing your order.
Token Jewelry not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen in transit or returned to us due to an incorrect address. If you package is lost/stolen, we recommend contacting USPS directly.
Sale prices and promotions cannot be applied to previous purchases. Please allow additional production time for orders placed during sales. We will do our best to get your jewelry shipped as soon as possible. Please contact us directly if your order is time sensitive.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Token Jewelry and will accept unworn pieces in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. Any returns after this time are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Returns will be issued as store credit in the form of a gift card. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return or exchange. Please do not ship your item until you've received confirmation from us that we will honor your return. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost on returned items.
If the item(s) being returned were a gift, please include the name of the purchaser in the email. You will be issued a gift card for these returns.
When returning items, please be sure to package them securely and provide ample padding to protect the pieces during shipment. Token Jewelry will not be responsible for items damaged during shipment in any way. We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. We are not responsible for tracking your return, and are unable to issue a refund for lost or damaged packages.
If you purchased your item from one of our retailers, please contact them directly for their return policies. We cannot exchange or return any items purchased from one of our retailers.
All custom/personalized pieces and Last Chance Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
