To request request a return please log in to your customer portal here. 

Within 30 days: We will accept unworn pieces in their original condition within 30 days of receipt for return. If you are interested in exchanging, please email us here to begin the exchange request and specify your preference between the following options:

  • Exchange for the same item in a different length, size, etc.
  • Exchange for another item

Returns after 30 days: Returns after 30 days are accepted on a case-by-case basis and a refund will be issued in the form of a gift card for online or in-store use, if accepted. Please do not ship your item until you've received email confirmation from us that we will honor your return.

Yes, we completely stand behind our workmanship and are happy to offer our clients a 90-day craftsmanship warranty on all jewelry. This includes: faulty clasp, broken chains, faulty seams, etc. but this does not cover normal wear and tear, neglect, or accidental damage. As with any delicate artisan creation, care must be taken to ensure years of wear and enjoyment. Please reach out to our team here with any questions regarding your purchase.

Of course! Breaks can occasionally happen and we’re here to help! Please contact our team here with a description of the damage and be sure to include detailed pictures if possible. Once our team reviews the case we’ll be happy to go over repair options with you.

Yes! We offer paper gift certificates for purchase here, as well as e-gift cards here. Both are redeemable in-store and online.
