Returns & Exchange Policy
Email us at email@example.com to request a return or exchange.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Token Jewelry and will accept unworn pieces in their original condition within 30 days of receipt. Any returns after this time are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Returns will be issued as store credit in the form of a gift card. Please do not ship your item until you've received confirmation from us that we will honor your return. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost on returned/exchanged items.
Custom made pieces are not eligible for a return or exchange.
Items marked final sale are not eligible for a return or exchange.
We offer a 60 day warranty for the following: broken chain, faulty clasp, wrong size, manufacturing defects, errors, etc. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us about your item so that we can expect it in the mail or to be dropped off at the studio for inspection.
If the item(s) being returned were a gift, please include the name of the purchaser in the email. You will be issued a gift card for these returns.
When returning items, please be sure to package them securely and provide ample padding to protect the pieces during shipment. Token Jewelry will not be responsible for items damaged during shipment in any way. We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. We are not responsible for tracking your return, and are unable to issue a refund for lost or damaged packages.
If you purchased your item from one of our retailers, please contact them directly for their return policies. We cannot exchange or return any items purchased from one of our retailers.
