Did you know that Sarah purchased her first set of bench tools, wire, and block back in 2005, when she was still living in Oregon? She wanted to create her own pair of earrings after falling head over heels in love with a strand of labradorite gemstones! Needless to say, her part-time passion rippled into an entire business that continues to evolve and grow, making her the architect of Token Jewelry! From designing each and every piece, to sitting in on marketing meetings, and helping the Jewelry Stylists decide how to best display each piece, Sarah is continuously involved in her business. We could not have asked for a more supportive, creative, and stronger leader! Outside of Token, Sarah is a mother to three boys (yes, she has been to a Pokémon Club meeting) and fur mama (if you get the chance, make sure she tells you the story about how she had to fly her cat named Kitty across the country!)

RJ has been part of Token from its earliest days at art crawls and little pop up events. Flashforward 25 years, and she is now General Manager of the entire crew! Her ability to connect with each employee is truly a treasure that we all cherish. Outside of Token, RJ is typically spotted all the way up on Lake Superior—her happy place! From skiing Spirit Mountain with her three kids to walking its rocky coastlines, RJ is all in on the turquoise waters that Lake Superior provides (we should have suspected this though since her favorite Token piece is the Turquoise Nomad Ring!) When she’s in Eau Claire, she loves to swing by the farmers market for fresh flowers, a loaf of bread, and veggies, while wearing her Juno Earrings which give off all the happy summertime vibes.

Have you ever emailed us with a question? It was probably Alicia who wrote you back! She is known around Token as a gemstone ring stacking queen and loves a good statement earring. When she’s not fulfilling orders and dishing out stellar customer service experiences, she is at home cooking for her three kids and hanging out with her fur babies. Her favorite dish to cook consists of whatever ingredients she can find in her fridge and pantry. Her secret ingredient to everything, you ask? Rotisserie chicken! Her biggest flex is that she could teach a class on getting at least four meals out of one chicken. Anyone else think Alicia should make a reel featuring her iconic ring stacks and rotisserie chicken recipes?!

Ella is most in her element at Token when she is fulfilling orders and sipping a latte from ECDC! When she walks into the studio and sees the plates stacked high, she knows she’s gonna have a good day. As our very own model, you can catch Ella doing shoots with our Marketing Team all around town to showcase our latest pieces. Her favorite Token pieces to style, though, are anything with a pearl. Did someone hint that a stack of the Endless Pearl Necklace and Rosalie Pearl Choker would look stunning together?! Ella’s hidden talent is that she has been playing guitar since she was 9, which perfectly checks out since her favorite band is Red Hot Chili Peppers.

Lexi is a marketing queen and collector of all Token items that use the Alexandra Chain! The stunning pictures you see scattered across our Instagram grid? Lexi probably took those! She loves being creative with the Marketing Team and getting the chance to see their ideas come to life. When she isn’t arranging the latest email thread, she can be found scrolling Facebook Marketplace for the best thrifts, teaching horseback riding lessons, or eating fruit…yeah, you read that right! There is even a method to her fruit eating habit. If she has time to peel and dice, she goes for a mango. But if she's in a rush, she grabs blueberries! Where does she get all of this fresh fruit? Her favorite local spot, Menomonie Market!

Hannah is our very own Graphic Designer! She loves working at Token because it is constantly changing and growing, which allows her to be creative every minute of the day. Her favorite Token pieces to wear are the Pearl Petals Bracelet or Personalized Cigar Band (she has a cute little “G” on hers for her husband!) Hannah’s guilty pleasures are reading mystery novels by Agatha Christie, treating herself to ramen and boba from Madden, and sipping on a decaf iced oatmilk miel from Shift!

Halle can handle all things marketing here at Token (I mean, have you seen the vibes this girl dishes out on our TikTok?!) Wanna know Halle’s nickname here? It’s “Bob the Builder” because she can ALWAYS fix it! Vacuum on the fritz? Halle’s on it! Gotta move the bench outside for a sidewalk pop up? Someone call Halle! This cutie can be spotted out at Whirlybird Coffee Co. drinking up anything caramel flavored, shopping for the latest squeaky toy with her dog Bruce, or relaxing in the sunshine while rocking her iconic slick back bun and Canyon Ring from Token.

Liza is our social media extraordinaire! She started out as a summer intern here at Token, then we kept her on to continue curating and creating content for us. Now, as a UW-Eau Claire graduate, Liza continues to utilize her amazing social media skills! Liza even has her own business: Media by J. A fun fact about Liza is that she loves to cook! Her all time favorite dish to make is vodka pasta. This is cooked and eaten all while wearing her favorite Token piece, the Alexandra Bracelet!

From studying sculpture to being a jewelry maker here at Token, Molly has always been passionate about working in a creative space. It makes sense that the motto she lives by is “my heart demands it.” Her heart clearly demands she continue to make her favorite Form Studs and Personalized Cigar Band here at Token! When she’s not busy being a Maker and design coordinator here, she can always be spotted around town supporting as many local restaurants as possible. Should we convince Molly to make a TikTok of her creating some of her favorite Token pieces while chatting about her favorite foodie spots?! 

Kenzie is not just a lead maker here at Token, she is also the mom of our honorary employee Louie (he is the tiny dachshund who works upstairs with the rest of the Makers!) He puts in long days supervising while Kenzie is hammering, soldering, stamping, and polishing all of your favorite Token pieces! Does this make Louie the Quality Assurance Manager? Back to the real star here. Kenzie’s current favorite Token pieces? She loves making any gemstone ring and wearing the Ripple Ring. The creativity doesn’t stop at Token for Kenzie though. She has her own studio at home where she continues to design and create for her own shop, Eclectic Sol!

An art teacher by day and jewelry maker by night (…well anytime after 4:00pm!) Kelly loves to shape, hammer, polish, and thread our timeless Crescent Moon Necklace when she is up in our maker's studio. She recently discovered that wearing our Bent Slides backwards is actually a super fun and funky styling to a classic Token piece—especially if she is wearing her hair up and jamming out at her favorite band's concert: Highly Suspect. When Kelly is at home, she loves to cook and eat any Thai food! If it’s spicy or topped with olives, that makes any dish even more scrumptious!

Tara puts her heart and soul into every piece of Token jewelry she makes. This absolutely checks out since her favorite pieces to wear are anything that has a heart! As a matter of fact, her favorite aspect about working as a Maker at Token is that everyone here puts their heart into designing, making, marketing, displaying, and packaging our jewelry. Did your heart melt reading that, because ours sure did!! 

Do you have our Organic Hoops? Gabz probably made them if you do! Gabz is passionate about conservation, especially locally. Her favorite cause to support is Wisconsin Land + Water Conservation for their commitment to environmental protection, while valuing the economic impact of agricultural endeavors. When she isn’t creating Organic Hoops or setting gemstones into studs, she enjoys singing, playing the ukulele, as well as frequenting Tangled Up in Hue and Raggedy Man!

Diana, aka Token Maker, Reiki Master, certifiably obsessed yogi, mother of 2 teens (and a doodle—we always recognize our fur babies around here), and lover of nature! Diana clearly thrives on working in creative spaces. Her favorite Token piece to wear is the Moonstone Necklace, but she can also be spotted with her electrolyte water, listening to audiobooks, and munching on her favorite Bobo’s snack bars (go try the Lemon Poppyseed Oat Bar if you haven’t yet!)

If you have been in our storefront or at one of our pop up events, you have probably seen this blondie! Avery is always on the go when she’s on the store floor. You can routinely find her organizing displays, wrangling the Jewelry Stylists, or coordinating all things pop up event related! Avery recently moved to Eau Claire after graduating from Madison Area Technical College and has the cutest roommate ever: her orange kitten named Nugget! Keeping on brand of always being on the go, Avery coaches girls volleyball in her free time, all while rocking her favorite Token pieces: our Olivia Ring and Alex Chain Studs.

Wondering who wrote these—and maybe a couple other things on this website? Suprise, it’s Andrea! On the computer, she’s a writing wiz for Token. On the store floor, she is a window display styling queen. When she isn’t styling your latest necklace stack, she is styling hair. Yup, Andrea is also a hairstylist here in Eau Claire! She’s a worker bee, that’s for sure! When she’s not working, you can find her shopping (she is certifiably obsessed with Free People), running on the treadmill, or obsessing over pets. As a fan of all the chunky gold jewelry, her favorite pieces to wear (and write about) are the Alexandra Chain, Alexandra Bracelet, Buckle Ring, and Del Mar Toggle.

Kaylie is known for creating the absolute cutest Charm Bar creations around Token! See a cute display at our Charm Bar - yeah, Kaylie probably made it! When Kaylie isn’t styling jewelry at Token, you can find her studying Psychology at UW-Eau Claire while sipping on a Raspberry Rose Poppi, taking the latest class at Eaum Yoga, or jumping on a plane to travel the world! Her favorite country so far is Italy because of its scrumptious cuisine (cup of gelato for one please…make that two cups actually) and friendly atmosphere. Her favorite Token pieces are the Alexandra Toggle, La Mer Bracelet, and Olivia Ring!
